Or deploy it through the Baldrige Foundation.

ManageHub is an official partner of the Baldrige Foundation Institute for Performance Excellence, the nonprofit behind the only standard for organizational excellence established by an Act of Congress. If you would rather install the system through the Foundation itself, two of their programs do exactly that:

Before you compare prices

Compare them to what the missing system costs.

Every price on this page competes against the same alternative: the cost of doing nothing. Decisions waiting on your desk. Knowledge walking out with departing employees. Customers lost to quality slips. The discount a buyer takes when the business can't run without you.

One client documented $150,000 in billing savings plus $75,000 a year in streamlined operations. Two sold at 14x and 18x EBITDA. Priced against that, the question isn't whether you can afford the system. It's how long you can afford the gap.

Money questions, straight answers

What leaders ask before they choose a door

What does ManageHub cost, and what do I get for it?

It's a fair question, and you deserve a straight answer, so here it is. The 60-minute Diagnostic is free. The Suggest-Hub Workshop is $895. The 90-Day ManageHub Install is $9,000 for organizations up to 50 employees and $18,000 for larger teams. Fixed fee, no long contract, no surprises later. The Inner Circle is for leaders who want me embedded in their organization on an ongoing basis, and we scope that together so it fits what you actually need.

As for whether it's worth it: my goal on every 90-Day Install is a ten times return, and clients typically see over $250,000 a year in measurable ROI. The free Diagnostic exists so we can find out together whether that kind of return is realistic for your organization before you spend anything. If I don't see a credible path, I'll say so and suggest a smaller step instead. That honesty costs me some sales, and it's why the ones I do make work out.

How do I know I'll actually get a return?

You're right to ask, and I'll be careful with my answer, because anyone who quotes you a return after one short conversation is guessing, and you deserve better than a guess. I'm a CPA. I don't invent numbers, and I won't start with yours.

Here's what I can promise honestly. The free Diagnostic finds where to look. Organizations tend to leak money in the same places: billing, receivables, turnover, rework, missed handoffs. In that hour we identify which of those are alive in your organization and which are worth measuring. Then the real numbers come from where they should: your own books and your own people, once the work begins. We track the return in your figures, not in my marketing.

For a sense of what that has uncovered for others: one organization recovered $150,000 in billing savings. Another cut accounts receivable from over 120 days down to 14. Another found $75,000 a year in operations. None of those came from me being clever. They came from their own people. Employees work with your equipment and your customers. They know what's working, they know what's broken, and they usually have a good idea of how to fix it. The system gives them a way to tell you, and gives you a way to act on it. The named results are here.

How is this different from hiring a consultant?

If you've been burned by a consultant before, I understand the hesitation. A lot of good leaders have been, and the pattern is always the same: smart people, thick report, and six months later nothing has changed. The difference here is in what you're left holding. A consultant's product is advice. Mine is a working system your team runs themselves: ideas captured, decisions structured, execution visible in a simple weekly rhythm, and your people mentored to run all of it.

I don't do general Baldrige knowledge. I do Baldrige deployment. I hit the ground and drive ROI. The system is leadership directed but employee driven, and it lives in the Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 you already own. So when the engagement ends, everything stays: the tools, the habits, and the people who know how to run them. How It Works walks through the full model.

Why can't I just buy software for this?

You may not need to buy anything at all, and that's not a sales line: the system is deliberately software agnostic. We build it on the Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 you already own, so there's no new platform to purchase, learn, or migrate to.

Here's the pattern I've watched for years: organizations buy good software, and within months it's barely used, because a tool can't create a way of working. It can only support one. What we install together is the way of working itself: how ideas get captured, how decisions get made, how work gets reported, and how people get developed. Once that's in place, the tools you already own start earning their keep.

Can't I just do this myself?

You could, and I mean that sincerely. The Baldrige framework is public, and if you want to study it, I'll point you to the best starting places myself. Some leaders do build a version of this on their own, and I have real respect for the ones who try.

What I've watched over the years is where the do-it-yourself path gets hard: documenting the system turns out to be the easy third of the work. The hard part is consistent use, keeping the rhythm alive through busy seasons until it becomes habit, and that's much easier with someone outside the organization holding it steady with you. What you're really buying is sequence, speed, and follow-through. And there's a comfortable middle path: start with the Suggest-Hub Workshop at $895 and install one tool with your own hands. If you decide you'd like the guided PRO version within 60 days, the full $895 is credited toward it.
