Information you give us. If you complete the Rate Your Pain worksheet, we receive the name, email address, and organization type you enter, along with the worksheet results you choose to send. We use them for one purpose: to prepare for your free diagnostic and follow up with you about it.
Scheduling. Booking a diagnostic runs through Calendly, which collects the details you enter to hold your slot. Calendly's own privacy policy governs that data.
Analytics. We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site, such as which pages get read and where visitors come from. This uses cookies and collects information like your approximate location, device, and pages visited. It does not tell us who you are. You can opt out with Google's browser add-on.
Video. Client testimonial videos are embedded through YouTube's privacy-enhanced player, which does not set advertising cookies unless you play a video.
Hosting. The site is hosted on Netlify, which keeps standard server logs (IP address, request time) to run and secure the service.
